Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Dream Aesthetic is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about aesthetic medicine, explore treatment options, and contact our clinic without barriers.
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our digital experience and we welcome feedback from our visitors.
Accessibility Standard
Our goal is to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities including auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech, and visual disabilities.
Conformance Status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address remaining gaps.
Accessibility Features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements (links, buttons, forms, the 3D treatment visualizer) can be operated using a keyboard. Visible focus indicators show the currently focused element.
- Screen reader support. Pages are structured with semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks. Images include descriptive alternative text. Form fields include accessible labels and error messages.
- Color contrast. Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Resizable text. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Reduced motion. Users who set the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem preference will see reduced or eliminated animations. - Captioned video. Video content includes captions or transcripts where applicable.
- Skip-to-content link. A skip link allows keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation.
- Consistent navigation. Navigation appears in the same location and order on every page.
- Language declaration. Pages declare their language in HTML so screen readers pronounce content correctly. Spanish pages are marked as
lang="es"; English pages aslang="en".
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, the following accessibility limitations are currently known:
- 3D treatment visualizer. The interactive 3D face model is a visual exploration tool. We provide:
- A non-3D alternative interface for users who prefer text-based exploration of treatments;
- Comprehensive text descriptions of every procedure presented in the visualizer;
- The ability to access all treatment information through standard service pages without using the 3D visualizer. We do not currently provide audio descriptions of the visualizer's animation sequences. We are evaluating ways to improve this.
- Embedded third-party content. Some content embedded from third-party platforms (such as Instagram embeds or video players) may not fully conform to accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to improve this and are exploring alternatives.
- PDF documents. Some downloadable PDF documents (membership packets, gift card receipts) may not be fully tagged for accessibility. Please contact us if you need an accessible version of any specific document.
- Before/after image galleries. Image galleries include alternative text but additional descriptive context may be limited.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
The website is designed to work with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Browsers: the two most recent major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- Voice control: Voice Control on macOS and iOS, Dragon NaturallySpeaking
The website may not be optimized for older assistive technologies or browsers. If you encounter difficulty, please let us know and we will work to assist you directly.
Testing and Continuous Improvement
We test our website using a combination of:
- Automated accessibility scanning (axe-core in our development pipeline);
- Manual keyboard navigation testing;
- Screen reader testing during major releases;
- Periodic third-party accessibility reviews.
Our most recent accessibility review was completed on [DATE TO BE SET]. We schedule reviews at least annually and after major design changes.
