How Endolift Works
Endolift uses a hair-thin optical fiber inserted subdermally to deliver laser energy directly to the deep skin layers. This simultaneously tightens existing skin and stimulates new collagen production, while also dissolving small fat pockets in the treated area.
Faster Than Surgery
No general anesthesia, no large incisions. Most patients return to normal activity within a few days. Results continue to improve for 3–6 months as new collagen forms.
Endolift Laser
Dr. Ortiz plans each indication separately so dosing, device settings, downtime, and follow-up match the exact concern.
Compare Endolift with Kybella for under-chin fullness
Endolift is usually considered when skin laxity and tightening matter. Kybella may be a better fit when the main concern is a localized fat pocket under the chin.
